Amy Adams in full Amy Lou Adams (born on 20th August 1974 in Aviano Italy) American actress, most well-known for her critically acclaimed performance of charming and naive characters. Adams was born and was raised in Castle Rock Colorado, as the youngest of seven children. Her father served in U.S. service in Italy. The mid-1990s saw her begin acting and dancing professionally with Colorado's Dinner Theatre and the Country Dinner Playhouse in Colorado. Then, in Minnesota and at a local theater, she was chosen to be a part of the mock documentary about beauty pageants titled Drop Dead Gorgeous. After moving to Los Angeles, she pursued acting as a profession following her film debut, in where she played an uneasy but fun contestant. Janet Leigh married Tony Curtis between June 1951 between June 1951 and September 1962. The couple had children: Kelly Curtis (and Jamie Lee Curtis) and Jamie Lee Curtis. The actor Norma Shearer Leigh secured a contract with MGM and started her film career in the late 1940s. The decade following her appearances in many famous films, including Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho (1960) as well as Living It Up by Martin and Lewis (a 1954 film).
